Better than I could have wanted. Called for suddenly broken spring. Michael was able to come on the same day, fixed the spring, made adjustments and repairs so that the door closed tighter and quieter than it had before, and gave recommendations on maintaining to prevent future problems. No hesitation to call again if I have issues.

I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. I asked them to replace the opener and they completed the work in one day. It was not an easy job with such an old setup but the installer was excellent and never stopped until the job was completed.
