I chose Precision Door Service due to their excellent rating with the BBB. I am so glad I did! Andrew “my” technician was so polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem (wiring to the sensors) fixed the problem and proceeded to teach me garage door maintenance. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to know what I can do to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend Precision Door!!!!

Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance. He was professional and informative. The time frame from when we called Precision to when they came out was less than 24 hours. We will continue to recommend Precision to anyone who asks. Great service!

My boyfriend recommended you because he was so pleased with the work you did for him. I couldn't get the garage door to close all the way. I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible.
