Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Excellent results, color perfect, operation extremely quiet and job completed within projected timed frame. Good cleanup afterward. I highly recommend these folks!

we have been using the “Neighborly” services for quite a while, all with great satisfaction. Precision Garage Door Service is another example: Good people, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional with no nonsense or hidden fees. Even the Receptionist was helpful, friendly and upbeat, and scheduled same-day service with no problems. Justin Byers was our service professional. He even took time to explain everything that he was doing - and why - so that our son could learn from the experience. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour. He never tried to sell me anything or suggest I replace anything that didn't need to be replaced! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs. Thanks Ray!

Old overhead door chain drive failed had pds 800 installed belt driven we've had just about everything except the door replaced with precision they do good work in a timely manner would highly recommend !

I tried another garage door repair company, but I had to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. If a company wants my business, they should adjust their schedule to fit mine. Precision had a wide range of available times and days to choose from. Their website also said if a day and time doesn't work for you call them and they would work with you. A repair person came out, gave me a few options to choose from, I chose one, and the repair person got to work. I was so relieved. Thank you.

Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. Our new door is so quiet and we can tell a difference in the insulation because our garage is warmer. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door.

He diagnosed the problem (wiring to the sensors) fixed the problem and proceeded to teach me garage door maintenance. Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.
