Andrew did a great job, he was able to come out quickly and also quickly make the repair. This was for a house on the market so his timeliness was much appreciated. He was great to work with and explained the repair clearly. I would use this service again

Justin did a great job! I received notification that he was on his way, and he showed up 10 minutes early which is a good thing. He was finished in less than an hour. He had to do a Torsion Changeover because mine was made by Wayne Dalton and they are longer in business and you can’t get parts. He replaced the Torsion spring, 9 foot torsion tube, a set of lift drums, center bearing, end bearing, and set of cables. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door!

Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible.
