I wanted to take a minute to say what a great experience we had today with your company. We realized at 11:30 am our garage door would not raise. My wife called and Andrew was at our house by 2:30. He quickly identified the problem, explained what he needed to do, the parts needed, and the cost of the repair. He had me test the door, went over everything he had done, and gave me some tips on things we could do to make our garage door last longer. Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. They came out within hours of our call. Andrew was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem and needed repair before starting. We had planned to replace our old keypad and garage door seals in the near future and he was happy to take care of those additional items same day. I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor.
