Our garage door broke on a Saturday night with my husbands truck stuck inside. I found precision garage door service online and called and an actual person answered at 9 PM on a Saturday night! Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty.
