Andrew came and replaced two broken springs on our garage door. He was fantastic! He was so kind and had the whole door fixed in one hour. He was also able to come the day after the door broke and was able to get it fixed fast. I would definitely use precision door again and would 100% recommend Andrew as the technician

Highly recommend. I have used another company for years, but they were closed on weekends and I needed my door repaired on Saturday since I could not put it down. Called Saturday morning and they were at my home Saturday afternoon and repaired my door. Andrew Scherfee, the technician, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also showed me how I could lubricate my door myself instead of paying someone to do it. He also was very thorough and went over everything he repaired on my door. I am going to switch from the company I have used for years, to Precision Door Service. Great service!

Contacted Precision when my old door failed. Isaac responded and came out the next day to give me a quote for a replacement door. Discussed options and a quote was delivered on the spot and a new door ordered. Once the door arrived, it was installed the next day. The installer (Andrew) did a great job! Highly recommend.

I had a spring break on my 40 year old garage door, so I had to have it repaired. I contacted Precision garage door service, and they sent Andrew to the rescue. He looked at it, gave me an estimate, and I gave him the okay to proceed. He thought it would be a 2 or 3 hour job. After he got into it, he started finding a lot of issues caused by decades of use and neglect. He disassembled , cleaned, and lubricated every bearing , adjusted the door tracks to get them properly aligned. Adjusted the closer because it was out of alignment. After putting it all back together , he decided that the standard springs he'd installed just weren't strong enough. It opened and closed just fine , but because my door was so old, it's made out of much heavier materials than modern doors. So he decided to swap out the standard springs for a much heavier spring. So it'll be a lot less wear on my opener. I'm shocked at how quiet the door operates now. Andrew went over routine maintenance stuff that I can do myself to keep everything up to par. I couldn't be happier with everything. Even though it took him a lot of extra time to get things perfect, he honored his original quote. And he did it on a 5 degree miserable day with a smile on his face the whole time.

* Both 16’ and 9’ doors installed and trim wrapped in 4 hours. * Doors are beautiful and very quiet going up and down. * I didn’t realize that buying the 2 inch insulated door would keep my garage warm and reduce outside noise. Blake * Blake was so helpful selecting my doors. I told him what I wanted, and he suggested two beautiful doors. * Of the four quotes I received Blake was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. * He didn’t pressure me to buy any doors. Blake laid out my choices so I could decide for myself. Andrew * Andrew did a great job installing my 16’ door. * I had a concern one week after doors were installed. They sent Andrew back out. He addressed my concern. I had more questions about maintenance and he was most helpful answering my questions. I got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. I am happy with the speed and knowledge with which the work was done. I am pleased with the explanation afterwards of how everything works. My purchase was for new springs, keypad, door openers, another brace, and a new motor. When I bought the house last year, the garage door did not work well.
