Precision Door (PC) has installed two garage doors at our home and are always efficient, courteous, professional, and willing to solve issues if they arise. Recently there was a problem getting panels delivered to their warehouse from the supplier. Due to the inconvenience, we were given a nice discount, which was appreciated. The doors are beautiful, work really well, and PD also services them when called to do so. We wouldn’t use any other garage door company. Thanks for everything! Deborah D.

One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly. To be honest, I chose Precision Garage Door because of the picture of Daren on your website. Daren just had the look of a hard working knowledgeable person and I was right. I called Precision because I needed the gasket replaced on the bottom of my garage door. When Daren and Tito got there they inspected the door and immediately found broken and cracked hinges. the last person that worked on the doors installed springs that were too light weight for the weight of the door. I did not realize it but the door was dangerous to operate and could fail at any time. Since the operator was 20 plus years old I had them replace that also. Daren and Tito also helped me throw some carpet and pad into a dumpster that was in the way of getting to the opener. they worked very hard and were quick to get the job finished. Tito wrote out a detailed instructions on how to set the opening code for the keypad for me, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and ask for Daren and Tito. You'll be glad you did.

Both Blake (GM) and Dylan (technician), were so helpful! I called because a wild rabbit had gotten into our garage (unknowingly) and chewed through the sensor cables on one side of our garage, preventing our garage door from closing properly. Not only was the repair less expensive than other business’ quotes I had received, but Dylan also upgraded our sensors as well as performed annual maintenance while he was there. The response time of precision is great, friendly, and so helpful! I’m glad the garage door was installed by them in 2019 and repaired by them too!

We contacted the folks at Precision due to a garage door that appeared to be falling. I met with Christian who was polite, professional and very knowledgeable (and even early).
