Very professional company from the first phone call. Promptly arrived at the designated time. Blake was very helpful with decision on type and style of door. Quick turnaround time to order the doors and setup installation. Ray the technician installed the doors very professionally and quickly. Cleaned the area after installing and was very courteous. Doors look amazing and we are very pleased. Would highly recommend this company.

I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with a job well done at a very good price.

Precision was the first garage door operation I pulled up on the internet. I today feel very blessed to have found them and ask for a quote. My sales man Blake Angel, was prompt and professional. He took time to answer my questions and helped me make sound decisions. When it came to the install date, Patrick Kowalewski arrived as my install technician. I have lived in Kentucky for 19 years and I have met no finer man. Patrick, was very honest and knowledgeable. I can truthfully say his attention to detail and skill level were Above and beyond my expectations. As a customer I’m most pleased with our garage door and the finished look of our cottage. Patrick took only two days to open the wall and install the garage door and we talked at length. Aside from being an asset to his employer, this man has now become someone, I call good friend.
