Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. The service was great. Blake was friendly and knowledgable. The 20-25 minutes it took him to fix the door and 20 minutes to get here put the entire job at about an hour. To charge $325 is borderline absurd. I have done business with Precision in the past including a new insulated door, but I will now look elsewhere before deciding on Precision in the future. Thanks.

They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable.
