He took time to answer my questions and helped me make sound decisions. When it came to the install date, Patrick Kowalewski arrived as my install technician. I have lived in Kentucky for 19 years and I have met no finer man. Patrick, was very honest and knowledgeable. I can truthfully say his attention to detail and skill level were Above and beyond my expectations. As a customer I’m most pleased with our garage door and the finished look of our cottage. Patrick took only two days to open the wall and install the garage door and we talked at length. Aside from being an asset to his employer, this man has now become someone, I call good friend.

Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up.
