My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!
