Garage door needed some minor adjusments (spring tension and track adjustment). Saw good ratings for Precision. Called them at 2:30 PM on a Friday afternoon and mentioned it was not urgent. The technician, Fran Desmond, arrived about 4 PM the same afternoon. He was very courteous and capable. Quickly made the necessary adjustments and advised me on some other issues.

Blake came promptly after contacting me. This was an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Blake took his time going over the various styles/colors/hardware available. Certainly no fault of your company or Blakes but unfortunately it will be the first of the year before receiving the door. I do understand this is a common day occurrence every where!!
