I had a gentleman show up about a year ago to give me an estimate which he did and I thought it was a fair estimate and he said that they would order the parts that they needed and it would be a couple weeks and someone would be back in contact and someone would be out to fix it To date I have not heard back from anyone and I’ve called twice to check and they knew nothing about it so my garage door still hasn’t been fixed so I feel not a very reliable company!

Installed 2 doors and 2 openers. Very satisfied with istallation and operation of doors. I would highly recommend Precision. I got 3 bids, Precision was not the cheapest, but I think the quality of there product was much better than the other two. Cheaper is not always the best route to go.

I had used Precision to repair some shop doors at my farm about a year ago. I was pleased with their service. They came made the repairs in a timely manner. They were very polite and professional. That's why I called them a couple days ago when I needed a new motor for my garage door at home. I got the same good service from Steve. He showed up in a timely manner, installed the motor, programmed the remotes, no muss, no fuss. I will call again if there's a need.

I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. Third or fourth time I’ve needed work on my garage door and opener over the years. Met a nice young man, Anthony, on the first visit. He’s new, and did all he could, so had Steve, the owner, come back to finish up. Steve is personable, patient and VERY knowledgeable. And I think their prices are reasonable. Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.

It was just a routine repair that I had planned on doing myself. Steve delivered the part I ordered and when I asked if it was difficult to do myself he said "Not with 2 people. Want some help?". Just like that Steve gets his tools and starts without another word... In 10 minutes we're done and he begins to inspect our aging opener. He never tries to sell us a new one but notices the bottom of the door doesn't align. It never did... but Steve gets to work and meticulously gets the door better aligned than it had ever been. Never asked for a dollar. That's precision... That's our new Garage Door Company.
