Steve fixed our garage door today in no time at all. He answered the phone when we called with our issue, came the very next day, had it repaired and fully functioning again for a very fair price. In fact, Steve has been there for us for every garage door issue we have had over the years. He's friendly, dependable, a great communicator, and a great guy too. We trust him with our home. The installer came but I had to have a new opener. I do not have your standard size doors. So they had to order and should be here on Monday. He said they would call as soon as they got in and would come and install. Very nice man Fran Desmond was the service tech.

I could not get an answer at the local garage door shop so I called precision. I got an answer right away and they offered to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis was the technician and he had a new garage door opener installed in less than two hours. He also connected the garage door opener to the car.
