My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly. This is by far the best (most professional and personable) garage door company, and any company for that matter, with which I have done business. the remote works 90% of the time. My first guess was the battery in the remote. the technician made no attempt to open the remote and try a new battery. I find it not credible that the big van he came in would not have batteries. Instead the technician suggested I replace the mother board and another component in the motor for hundreds of dollars. more importantly the door functioned perfectly using the pad on the wall. So if the mother board and other components were going bad, why did the door operate perfectly using the pad on the wall?

We contacted the folks at Precision due to a garage door that appeared to be falling. I met with Christian who was polite, professional and very knowledgeable (and even early).
