after reviewing my Bill for your service/parts I don't think I can recommend your company. WHY * Part prices were extremely higher than your web site prices for the part, especially since you offer conversion kits that addressed several key areas that required the parts. * The price for the 2 - torsion springs @$239 each is extremely higher than your web site price for the part * the nylon roller were 3 times and price according your web site. * I understand that labor may be included in the part price, but that's not clear per the invoice. * wasn't talk about the Service call fee when I schedule the service and I'm wondering why that fee wasn't removed with the additional work requested.

Second time using Precision, had the sprocket in my chain drive give out on me. Christian went in great detail over all my options from repairing my current unit, to all the options I had if I wanted to completely replace my current system. I was able to schedule service easily online and kept in the loop on when help would arrive. Christian was extremely personable and easy to deal with and got me fixed in less than 90 minutes. Can't ever see myself calling any other company but Precision.

Our garage door would not open all the way, called Precision Garage door service, they were at our home within a few hours and quickly determined the problem and made the repair. Their response and service was amazing! I highly recommend them!

I needed a new garage door installed. I got 3 different companies to quote it. The first company was the one that originally installed the door and stated he wanted nothing to do with it and to call someone else. The second came out and got all the information needed for the project and I never heard from them after. I then called the company on TV. Precision came out and by the time the estimator left, I had my quotes and the dates for when they would perform the work. We had a complete new garage door installed. They took down the old and installed the new. Wrapped the exterior. Weeks before they installed the new door, I had them tune up another garage door on the property. From the first visit of the estimator to the 3 technicians performing the work, Precision is first class! The owner even drove out to the middle of nowhere to check on the job. I recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Highly recommend. I have used another company for years, but they were closed on weekends and I needed my door repaired on Saturday since I could not put it down. Called Saturday morning and they were at my home Saturday afternoon and repaired my door. Andrew Scherfee, the technician, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also showed me how I could lubricate my door myself instead of paying someone to do it. He also was very thorough and went over everything he repaired on my door. Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. After we agreed to the repairs and replacements, Daren went to work without delay from a well stocked service truck. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. I am very pleased with the repairs and replacements and the service. I will say without hesitation or reservation, "I will never use any other overhead repair or installation service ever again". Roller Out of Track - Response was less than an hour. Service Technician, Ray Clem, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked beyond the immediate roller problem to make sure that all other components of door were still functioning properly. After reviewing his findings, he reviewed what needed to be done and quickly completed the repair. He manually cycled the garage door before restoring the opener hookup. Then verified the power operation was flawless. Precision installed this garage door in 2020. I was pleased then and I am pleased now.

While Justin was very friendly and helpful in explaining the parts of the garage door that were missing, he did not solve the problem and the next day the door did not close again. We had to call for service a second time and now have to have much of the door working parts replaced after being told the door was fine.

I got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. I am happy with the speed and knowledge with which the work was done. I am pleased with the explanation afterwards of how everything works. My purchase was for new springs, keypad, door openers, another brace, and a new motor.
