the remote works 90% of the time. My first guess was the battery in the remote. the technician made no attempt to open the remote and try a new battery. I find it not credible that the big van he came in would not have batteries. Instead the technician suggested I replace the mother board and another component in the motor for hundreds of dollars. more importantly the door functioned perfectly using the pad on the wall. So if the mother board and other components were going bad, why did the door operate perfectly using the pad on the wall?

We contacted the folks at Precision due to a garage door that appeared to be falling. I met with Christian who was polite, professional and very knowledgeable (and even early). He explained the problem and how to correct it. Christian also gave us multiple options for our door without a hard sell.
