Precision installed a new garage door and all the works for us many years ago. A coil broke and I called their 24 hour number on Sunday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning. The technician Dylan was wonderful. He replaced some other parts that showed wear and had us up and running in no time. Our first experience with Precision was with Steve Trotter years ago, the company has maintained great customer service since then. I highly recommend them for response and customer service.

Christian showed up during the hours that was scheduled. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Gave me multiple options to choose from wasnt pushy about one or the other. He even ran extra stuff I suggested with no hesitation for a quote. Didn't take him long to do a full overhaul everything looked and worked great.

Both Blake (GM) and Dylan (technician), were so helpful! I called because a wild rabbit had gotten into our garage (unknowingly) and chewed through the sensor cables on one side of our garage, preventing our garage door from closing properly. Not only was the repair less expensive than other business’ quotes I had received, but Dylan also upgraded our sensors as well as performed annual maintenance while he was there. The response time of precision is great, friendly, and so helpful! I’m glad the garage door was installed by them in 2019 and repaired by them too!

My 16-year-old garage door opener stopped working. I called Precision Door Company they were there within the hour, on a saturday! They spent over 2 hours trying to rectify the outdated MyQ system on my garage door opener. Daren, and Christian exhausted all trouble shooting methods imaginable. No resolution. These guys then called Blake into the group for his expertise on the MyQ wi-fi conundrum. After many attempts to resolve the old outdated myQ system it was decided it was not salvageable. They offered me a new garage door opener system with a new updated MyQ system and they're coming next Friday for installation. I appreciate so much the amount of time and effort they made to save me money with an old outdated garage door opener that needed replaced anyway. I can't recommend these guys enough thanks Braden, Christian, and Blake.

Called my normal garage people at 8:30 on a Thursday and they could not come until Monday to repair a garage door that I could not open. Called Andrew at Precision at 8:54am, and Daren was here by 10:15am. I call that Great Service! Daren was very professional and kind. He installed two new springs (had one installed originally which was incorrect for the size of the door), a keypad, new rollers and a new LiftMaster myQ motor and everything lubed. He explained how everything worked, and all done within 1.5 hours, at a good price. Fabulous service and terrific job. Will recommend them to everyone I talk to you, and of course, they are now my new Garage Door people. Thank you so much!

Within 3-5 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, explained what caused it, and what he would do to repair, and presented a written electronic estimate. Within another 45 minutes he had installed new springs and related hardware adjustments, and now the door opened and closed properly. Fabulous service! Highly recommend.
