Love the fact that y'all do it all, from the new door, to the new hardware, the new trim and the new tin. That was the selling point for me on picking a new door. Blake was very easy to work with and not overbearing like other companies I had talked with. Thank you very much! I had had a Precision technician out to check on my garage door some time ago and I don't recall what the problem was anymore but I know he didn't charge me and ended up oiling the rollers and making sure the door was working well. This time the door was tripping a gfr button and the technician advised me to get the door up-graded to standard, which meant installing a second roller, plus some other changes. He completed the work in a short time and the door is so much quieter and works well now.

Justin did a great job! I received notification that he was on his way, and he showed up 10 minutes early which is a good thing. He was finished in less than an hour. He had to do a Torsion Changeover because mine was made by Wayne Dalton and they are longer in business and you can’t get parts. He replaced the Torsion spring, 9 foot torsion tube, a set of lift drums, center bearing, end bearing, and set of cables. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door!

Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.

I did notice after he completed the repair and I closed the door that the very last cycle seems like the arm that attaches to the track was very upright and seems like the last couple of inches forced a surge of down force.
