Our tech, Casey, was a total pro—fast, nice, and dropped some serious knowledge. I'm definitely leaving the heavy lifting to the experts, but I feel like a garage door pro now. My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly. To be honest, I chose Precision Garage Door because of the picture of Daren on your website. Daren just had the look of a hard working knowledgeable person and I was right. I called Precision because I needed the gasket replaced on the bottom of my garage door. When Daren and Tito got there they inspected the door and immediately found broken and cracked hinges. the last person that worked on the doors installed springs that were too light weight for the weight of the door. I did not realize it but the door was dangerous to operate and could fail at any time. Since the operator was 20 plus years old I had them replace that also. Daren and Tito also helped me throw some carpet and pad into a dumpster that was in the way of getting to the opener. they worked very hard and were quick to get the job finished. Tito wrote out a detailed instructions on how to set the opening code for the keypad for me, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and ask for Daren and Tito. You'll be glad you did.

On Friday afternoon 4-3-26 our garage door completely failed and we looked Precision up on Google to find out who we could get to come out to Winchester to fix our problem and found the ad for Precision. After reading about the services that they offered, we called and talked with Andrew about sending someone to look at our door. Andrew sent a team of Daren and Tito to access the problem, after looking over the situation they explained the two options we could do. Fix the existing problem or replace the entire garage workings ie: springs, rollers, motor, etc. and completely rebuild it. Daren explained all that they would be doing and we chose that option. Daren and Tito proceeded to complete all of the things they would do! These two technicians were a combination of very efficient guys who were obviously well trained in their work. Very polite, very informed and very conscientious. Thank you, Daren and Tito for a great job!! Would certainly recommend Precision to our friends and family along with Daren and Tito!!!!

Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!

after reviewing my Bill for your service/parts I don't think I can recommend your company. WHY * Part prices were extremely higher than your web site prices for the part, especially since you offer conversion kits that addressed several key areas that required the parts. * The price for the 2 - torsion springs @$239 each is extremely higher than your web site price for the part * the nylon roller were 3 times and price according your web site. * I understand that labor may be included in the part price, but that's not clear per the invoice. * wasn't talk about the Service call fee when I schedule the service and I'm wondering why that fee wasn't removed with the additional work requested.

Darren, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He explained why my opener was no longer working as it should. He did not pressure me but explained why the best option would be to replace the 14 year old opener. He completed the service efficiently (less than 2 hours), made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated all of the pieces. This is the third time we have used his services and been pleased every time. He even helped us out by going to a house that we were trying to sell that was far out of service district. I highly recommend this service and this technician.
