We have had to call Precision Door Service twice in the past couple years for our 20+ year old door and each time they responded immediately. Their technicians are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Justin was here today and went well beyond his means to educate us on the basic mechanics of the door and when he learned that I hadn’t yet set up my phone to use remotely, he did it for me. I can now monitor my door when I am away! The last thing I’d like to commend them for is not pushing you to replace “something that isn’t broken”. That is a quality in a company that is greatly appreciated by us.

My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

Recently there was a problem getting panels delivered to their warehouse from the supplier. Due to the inconvenience, we were given a nice discount, which was appreciated. My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly. To be honest, I chose Precision Garage Door because of the picture of Daren on your website. Daren just had the look of a hard working knowledgeable person and I was right. I called Precision because I needed the gasket replaced on the bottom of my garage door. When Daren and Tito got there they inspected the door and immediately found broken and cracked hinges. the last person that worked on the doors installed springs that were too light weight for the weight of the door. I did not realize it but the door was dangerous to operate and could fail at any time. Since the operator was 20 plus years old I had them replace that also. Daren and Tito also helped me throw some carpet and pad into a dumpster that was in the way of getting to the opener. they worked very hard and were quick to get the job finished. Tito wrote out a detailed instructions on how to set the opening code for the keypad for me, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and ask for Daren and Tito. You'll be glad you did.
