they were great from start to finish. I was surprised how reasonable the cost of a new door was including installation. They were prompt and friendly from the estimate to ordering to delivery and installation. Ray did a great job installing the new door and the new opener (which I had purchased prior but had not installed it yet). They did this for a very reasonable additional amount. I can't believe how quiet it is now, it's almost silent. My old one sounded so noisy. Very happy with Precision door of Lexington

Excellent experience from start to finish - got an appointment with very little waiting time, received text messages along the way to confirm appt and an alert was sent when the technician was on his way. Our tech Dylan was superb: he called to confirm his ETA, explained things very well once on-site, was friendly, courteous, and informed me of the costs for repair and maintenance ahead of time once he saw the garage doors. Dylan's skills were amazing in terms of efficiency and making it look easy (which, to the layperson, it was not) and he cleaned everything up before he left. We were completely satisfied with the repairs and maintenance performed and very pleased with the overall experience with Precision and with Dylan. This was our first time working with Precision and will definitely rely on them for future needs. Now in retrospect it's easy to see why there were so many very positive reviews and here I am, adding one more to the list.

Dillon came out and was wonderful and knowledgeable in product. We have a mowing business as a side income and needed our door spring fixed before the new door and motor would come in. He got approved a short term fix to allow us to get our equipment out. I’m looking forward to a new door, motor and the works. We had to call on a weekend and were very happy with the quick scheduling.

Daren did a great job installing a new garage door opener, rails and rollers. The old opener did not work and rollers were generating a lot of friction for the opener. He explained everything very thoroughly before he started the job. Would definitely have Precision do any follow up work if/when needed.

We used Precision a few years ago to repair our damaged garage door. The great service then prompted us to call again with additional wear and tear damage. Daren Denton was wonderful to work with! Professional and extremely nice. He made repairs, but also took the time to quote and explain different options for a replacement since that will need to happen. Door is currently functioning properly, but we will definitely use Precision in the future. Highly recommend!

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!).
