Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. He provided me with the various pricing options for the repairs and was forthcoming with what he felt should be repaired and what could be repaired.
