As a long-time customer of Precision, I again called them last week when I had a problem with my garage door opener. Within half an hour of my call, Daren Denton and Christian (I believe that's his name) came and installed a new motor, new rollers, the correct size springs and more - and got my door working perfectly. Daren was very knowledgeable and within a reasonably short period of time they did a lot of work replacing and setting up my new opener. Hello I selected Precision Door Service for my garage door needs based on other exemplary reviews and the fact they are a locally owned company. The technician arrived and presented me with multiple options from some minor service repairs to a major overhaul and even a replacement option. There were no pressure tactics and the technician was happy to take whatever option I choose. We are choosing replacement as we were strongly considering replacing it anyway due to approximate 90% on average ROI. They even already have use scheduled for next week.

Roller Out of Track - Response was less than an hour. Service Technician, Ray Clem, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked beyond the immediate roller problem to make sure that all other components of door were still functioning properly. After reviewing his findings, he reviewed what needed to be done and quickly completed the repair. He manually cycled the garage door before restoring the opener hookup. Then verified the power operation was flawless. Precision installed this garage door in 2020. I was pleased then and I am pleased now.
