A lightning strike fried one of my garage doors. I looked online and found Precision, who had free estimates if you booked online. And they had a same day opening. Tito showed up earlier than scheduled, quickly diagnosed the issues, showed me my options, and got right to work. Two hours later I had a working garage door again. Definitely recommend!

Dylan was here right on time and following a look at my door and opener gave me multiple options which has multiple possible costs, which I appreciate. Explained each in detail and comparison, and answered my multiple questions kindly and in detail. He was excellent and is a true asset to your company. With his discussion and explanation the best option was chosen and he got right to work replacing everything except the door itself, since the opener had well passed the lifespan of a typical opener, at 20 years old. This option made the most sense to me and he then installed the opener and programmed the remotes and keypad. I'll say it again, Dylan is the best and I will continue to have your all as my garage door experts. This is the third time I have used your company so I am a satisifed repeat customer!

Justin showed up on time and prepared to provide the repairs to our 9 year old garage door. He explained to me what he suggested for repairing the door (sag in the middle, gap at the bottom, uneven going up and down) and gave me an accurate estimate of the costs. I felt that I was being advised properly and not sold something that I didn't need to purchase. He finished the course of work in a timely manner, left no mess behind and was on his way. My garage door stoped working in the morning. I called precision and they had Tito come to my home about two hours later. Tito diagnosed the problem and replaced the drive belt and track quickly! Fast, easy, and simplified. Call on a Sunday night and appointment made for the next day. Appointment window from 12 - 2 and they were here at 11:45. Explained every step of the process to made it easy to understand. This whole proceeding was so simple the I felt like ordering a meal was more of a hassle. I will definitely use them an again. Tech Dylan Davis was super awesome. I actually felt good paying a fair price for someone and not feel like you will have buyers remorse later.
