We are longtime clients that have always been satisfied with Precision’s work. We recently had our garage door springs replaced under warranty and the technician (Christian) was on time, professional, and very polite. The job was done in approximately 30 minutes and all our questions were answered. Once again, we are 100% satisfied with the Precision experience….

Isaac Smoot, our technician, called while en-route to notify me of his arrival time. We backed into our garage door and damaged the bottom panel.....Isaac clearly explained repair options, as well as the cost of a new door. Our system is 15 years old, originally installed by Precision, but approaching the end of its life cycle. We are determining how to proceed, and leaning toward a new door, opener, etc. Isaac was able to show us pictures of how the new door (windows, different colors, hardware, etc) would look. We would recommend Precision. Thank you.

Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position.
