Excellent customer service and quality products. My garage door open crashed out last night and they were there in the morning installing the new one! Couldn't be happier with experience. Highly recommend checking them out!

I chose Precision because I have used them before and they have always been friendly, professional, courteous and the cost has been very reasonable. Again, I am able to say all those qualities were evident as their technician (Justin) arrived, on time with plenty of advance notice. Justin diagnosed the problem, took care of it efficiently and even took the time to show me how to fix any similar issues myself (without needing to call). My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. Darren, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He explained why my opener was no longer working as it should. He did not pressure me but explained why the best option would be to replace the 14 year old opener. He completed the service efficiently (less than 2 hours), made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated all of the pieces. This is the third time we have used his services and been pleased every time. He even helped us out by going to a house that we were trying to sell that was far out of service district.
