Precision Door is consistently and unquestionably the best vendor experience I have had for any type of home repair. Every time I have had an issue with any of my 3 garage door openers, they have showed up either same day (or next day), even on weekends and resolved the issue. There have been times when there was a repeat issue and they did not charge me for the service call. They have always been very fair, dependable, professional and gone above and beyond to resolve the issue completely. I could not more highly recommend their company.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning, and we had an emergency situation where someone in the household could only exit through the garage. Precision Garage Door had five star ratings, and I decided to call them. They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable. We will have them back for more maintenance on our door.

My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

I choose Precision Door because of good reviews. My 23 yr old springs exploded, snaped my cables and disengaged my opener. I called at 5am, reached a live person and was able to get service by noon that day. The two associates were both professional and knowledgeable. I gave 5 stars because of our experience with the Precision team was pleasant, however, they are a bit pricey. :)

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!). The scheduler couldn't have been nice and more empathic with my situation. She got me in with Dylan Davis, who couldn't have been professional, efficient, and kind.
