Your technician Justin Byers met with me in a very timely fashion which I appreciated greatly. He was courteous and professional and put forth several possible problems plaguing my very old garage door. It was kind of him to spray lubricant on the door which hadn't been lubricated in about a year. I greatly appreciated being able to make an appointment online and the fact that you had readily available appointments available. Thank you!

I was referred to your company by my neighbor. I explained my problem and you accommodated my schedule and explained your procedures so I knew what to expect. I was notified when they were on their way. They were professional and friendly. It was determined I needed a new system and they asked me what I wanted. I was given options and never felt pressured to upgrade. New system was installed in a timely fashion, area was cleared and all parts were explained and demonstrated and my questions answered. I would not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends!

Justin was awesome. He arrived on time and completed and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very professional and respectful in his manner. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He explained equipment use with me after installation. That’s a hard thing for anybody to do since I’m pretty old. Thank you Justin for a job well done. If I need any future Garage Door work needed it will be done by Precision.

Justin showed up on time and prepared to provide the repairs to our 9 year old garage door. He explained to me what he suggested for repairing the door (sag in the middle, gap at the bottom, uneven going up and down) and gave me an accurate estimate of the costs. I felt that I was being advised properly and not sold something that I didn't need to purchase. He finished the course of work in a timely manner, left no mess behind and was on his way. Excellent experience!

Fast, easy, and simplified. Call on a Sunday night and appointment made for the next day. Appointment window from 12 - 2 and they were here at 11:45. Explained every step of the process to made it easy to understand. This whole proceeding was so simple the I felt like ordering a meal was more of a hassle. I will definitely use them an again. Tech Dylan Davis was super awesome. I actually felt good paying a fair price for someone and not feel like you will have buyers remorse later.
