Justin showed up on time and prepared to provide the repairs to our 9 year old garage door. He explained to me what he suggested for repairing the door (sag in the middle, gap at the bottom, uneven going up and down) and gave me an accurate estimate of the costs. I felt that I was being advised properly and not sold something that I didn't need to purchase. He finished the course of work in a timely manner, left no mess behind and was on his way. Excellent experience!

Fast, easy, and simplified. Call on a Sunday night and appointment made for the next day. Appointment window from 12 - 2 and they were here at 11:45. Explained every step of the process to made it easy to understand. This whole proceeding was so simple the I felt like ordering a meal was more of a hassle. I will definitely use them an again. Tech Dylan Davis was super awesome. I actually felt good paying a fair price for someone and not feel like you will have buyers remorse later.

Isaac Smoot, our technician, called while en-route to notify me of his arrival time. We backed into our garage door and damaged the bottom panel.....Isaac clearly explained repair options, as well as the cost of a new door. Our system is 15 years old, originally installed by Precision, but approaching the end of its life cycle. We are determining how to proceed, and leaning toward a new door, opener, etc. Isaac was able to show us pictures of how the new door (windows, different colors, hardware, etc) would look. Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.
