The afternoon prior to Thanksgiving the spring on my garage door broke… unfortunately my car was in the garage. I called Precision and spoke with a very helpful Molly who after hearing my story arrange an appointment for that evening. The repair person, Daren Denton was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained my options. The outside of the door already had a big dent and I was hoping to call Precision after the holidays ( note: I am a first time customer referred by my sister) to discuss replacing the door. Daren replaced the spring and assisted in ordering a replacement door. I am so appreciative of the timely and excellent service. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up.
