Isaac Smoot, our technician, called while en-route to notify me of his arrival time. We backed into our garage door and damaged the bottom panel.....Isaac clearly explained repair options, as well as the cost of a new door. Our system is 15 years old, originally installed by Precision, but approaching the end of its life cycle. We are determining how to proceed, and leaning toward a new door, opener, etc. Isaac was able to show us pictures of how the new door (windows, different colors, hardware, etc) would look. We would recommend Precision. Thank you.

Saw the name and reviews. Called and immediately knew this was the right place. Tech named Daren came out and took care of everything- new remotes, keypad and emergency lock. Quick, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

Excellent customer service and quality products. My garage door open crashed out last night and they were there in the morning installing the new one! Couldn't be happier with experience. Highly recommend checking them out!

I chose Precision because I have used them before and they have always been friendly, professional, courteous and the cost has been very reasonable. Again, I am able to say all those qualities were evident as their technician (Justin) arrived, on time with plenty of advance notice. Justin diagnosed the problem, took care of it efficiently and even took the time to show me how to fix any similar issues myself (without needing to call). I appreciated his pleasant, optimistic attitude and prompt attention to the issue. I keep Precision's number handy for any future difficulties.

Dylan and his associate were very friendly and very helpful in explaining the options for repairing my garage door problem. Since I am a senior female, I really appreciate the time and effort they took to explain in detail what each option entailed and what they suggested needed to be done. They answered my all my questions with a great deal of patience.

From the sale tech. (Issac Smoot) to the installer the service and work done was satisfactory. Mr. Smoot was well informed and answered all my questions. The installers were professional and efficient. The installers cleaned up after installation and hauled away the old door and parts. Everything was completed timely and to my satisfaction.

Daren and his assistant stopped by after hours, about 6p and analyzed my garage door problems. Gave me a choice of two options to correct the issues. Luckily they were equipped with all needed parts and materials on their truck. Explained everything in detail and were finished in about 45 minutes.

Great service and timely, same-day response to my call when I was no longer able to move the garage door. The whole spring system was replaced in short order. Professional service provided throughout this service and next day garage door trim replacement. Highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

I was so grateful for this company! They showed up in less than 30 minutes and rescued me so I could park inside of my garage and were so kind. The price was right and everything was resolved very quickly. They came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine and I could definitely see why. Thanks guys!

Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!

New doors arrived and were promptly installed well within the range of estimated times. Installation went very smoothly, and our initial opinion of the product is very favorable. The only minor issue is that the post-installation clean-up was lacking.
