Justin sized my older garage door as it was inconsistent as to opening and closing. He said the door still was still OK but just needed an opener. Very pleasant young man and a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend he and the company.

We were heading out of town when the spring broke on the garage. We called several companies who could come and continue next day. Precision was will to come that day. The time slot was between 4-6. Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour.
