I was very pleased with the work by the Precision Garage Door of Lexington company. When I called to make an appointment for an appraisal, a representative came out the next morning and made a thorough evaluation. And then I was surprised that he said the work could be done that very afternoon! I was impressed by Dylan Davis, who was efficient, knowedgeable, and very polite. The estimated cost was reasonable; and I was glad that we did not have to replace the current doors. There were quite a few parts that did have to be replaced. I would definitely recommend your company to others. Sarah Vahlkamp, Danville KY

Dylan was here right on time and following a look at my door and opener gave me multiple options which has multiple possible costs, which I appreciate. Explained each in detail and comparison, and answered my multiple questions kindly and in detail. He was excellent and is a true asset to your company. With his discussion and explanation the best option was chosen and he got right to work replacing everything except the door itself, since the opener had well passed the lifespan of a typical opener, at 20 years old. This option made the most sense to me and he then installed the opener and programmed the remotes and keypad. I'll say it again, Dylan is the best and I will continue to have your all as my garage door experts. This is the third time I have used your company so I am a satisifed repeat customer!

Fast, easy, and simplified. Call on a Sunday night and appointment made for the next day. Appointment window from 12 - 2 and they were here at 11:45. Explained every step of the process to made it easy to understand. This whole proceeding was so simple the I felt like ordering a meal was more of a hassle. I will definitely use them an again. Tech Dylan Davis was super awesome. I actually felt good paying a fair price for someone and not feel like you will have buyers remorse later.

Dylan and his associate were very friendly and very helpful in explaining the options for repairing my garage door problem. Since I am a senior female, I really appreciate the time and effort they took to explain in detail what each option entailed and what they suggested needed to be done. They answered my all my questions with a great deal of patience.

They were extremely thorough throughout the entire process, and took the time to explain things clearly, give examples, and talk through all of the options and related costs. Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!
