Dylan was excellent in every way! He explained the entire process of the garage door repair and gave me 3 options to choose from. I decided to choose the most extensive option for a price of $999 since, replaces everything that wears out on a garage door plus has a 5 year warranty on all replacement parts and labor. I called Precision Garage doors this morning and they sent Dylan Davis who was courteous, knowledgable and professional out to my residence this afternoon. Dylan gave me the option of repairing the garage door or replacement. Your company was my 4th call on a Friday afternoon about 4pm. First three had voicemail or robots. I actually spoke with a nice lady when I called you. Explained my problems and she surprised me by saying she could have a tech out the next morning…Saturday… between 8 & 10 am . Your tech called me around 7:30 saying he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was off by a minute or two earlier! He checked out my problems, offered multiple options. I made my choice, he got to work and completed the task, double checked his work and was out in about an hour. I would recommend your company to anyone that asks me about garage door service.
