I called Precision Friday afternoon and expected a response sometime Monday at the earliest. The tech arrived around 3:00 p.m. Friday and was done is less than two hours.

Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.
