Dylan was here right on time and following a look at my door and opener gave me multiple options which has multiple possible costs, which I appreciate. Explained each in detail and comparison, and answered my multiple questions kindly and in detail. He was excellent and is a true asset to your company. With his discussion and explanation the best option was chosen and he got right to work replacing everything except the door itself, since the opener had well passed the lifespan of a typical opener, at 20 years old. This option made the most sense to me and he then installed the opener and programmed the remotes and keypad. I'll say it again, Dylan is the best and I will continue to have your all as my garage door experts. This is the third time I have used your company so I am a satisifed repeat customer!

This is by far the best (most professional and personable) garage door company, and any company for that matter, with which I have done business. I called Precision Garage doors this morning and they sent Dylan Davis who was courteous, knowledgable and professional out to my residence this afternoon. Dylan gave me the option of repairing the garage door or replacement. He thoroughly explained what he would do to repair the door if it could be repaired at minimal cost, and fortunately he was able to do that. Dylan did a magnificent job in a timely manor and I came away a happy first-time customer who will definitely call Precision Garage Doors again when the need arises.

Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. He provided me with the various pricing options for the repairs and was forthcoming with what he felt should be repaired and what could be repaired. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I have no complaints. Would certainly recommend Precision if you need any garage door work addressed.
