I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. Thank you we very much appreciated your service!

When searching for garage service, I felt Precision’s website was the most informative and I liked having the options of 24/7 service if needed. When I called, the representative was prompt and knowledgeable in getting my service scheduled. Darren and Doug arrived on the early side of the timeframe I was given on the phone (which I greatly appreciated), and they quickly diagnosed the issue. Darren presented my options and I decided to have a new opener installed. They had everything needed in the truck and were able to install it within an hour. And after installation, they made sure to leave no mess behind. I’m all around pleased with Precision and will use them again should the need arise!

Fantastic customer service from the person I called to set up the appointment and from Andrew Scherfee the technician who fixed my garage door problem. He took the time to explain a couple of options and listened to all of my concerns to figure out the best option to suit my needs. He was friendly and helpful. I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. He made all necessary repairs and took time to show me the features on the new opener that he had installed. I recommend them highly.
