Had one of our door openers break and could not get car out to go to work. Called several places and had no answers. Called Precision and person named Will answered. Very polite and helpful. Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use. We will call them back when our other door needs upgrade. Will use this company again for sure.

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. I also took advantage of the coupon offered on their website. They are a top notch business!

I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous.
