Fantastic customer service from the person I called to set up the appointment and from Andrew Scherfee the technician who fixed my garage door problem. He took the time to explain a couple of options and listened to all of my concerns to figure out the best option to suit my needs. He was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door/opener needs.

I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. He made all necessary repairs and took time to show me the features on the new opener that he had installed. I recommend them highly.
