Called on Saturday and had a professional from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service over on Sunday to evaluate my problem. Once decided, I had the option on how to proceed and had an appointment the next day. The employee was there at the time that was set and the installation was quick.

James was great! He arrived quickly, was able to get the garage down. He then explained the repair options to me and repeated them to my husband over the phone. We'd had issues with our Wayne Dalton garage door, since we purchased our home. Motor was shot this time, so a new one was installed- timely & on a 15 degree Sunday a.m. Sorry we waited to replace- such a difference in quality!
