I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance. I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, customer service, product quality, and professional demeanor of the Precision Door company.
