Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete. I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance. He was professional and informative. The time frame from when we called Precision to when they came out was less than 24 hours. We will continue to recommend Precision to anyone who asks.
