Excellent experience from start to finish - got an appointment with very little waiting time, received text messages along the way to confirm appt and an alert was sent when the technician was on his way. Our tech Dylan was superb: he called to confirm his ETA, explained things very well once on-site, was friendly, courteous, and informed me of the costs for repair and maintenance ahead of time once he saw the garage doors. Dylan's skills were amazing in terms of efficiency and making it look easy (which, to the layperson, it was not) and he cleaned everything up before he left. We were completely satisfied with the repairs and maintenance performed and very pleased with the overall experience with Precision and with Dylan. This was our first time working with Precision and will definitely rely on them for future needs. Now in retrospect it's easy to see why there were so many very positive reviews and here I am, adding one more to the list.

Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete. Thank you to Blake Angel and any other people that has helped me at Precision Door of Lexington

You are reliable and dependable. You have done 2 repairs for us. Both times the doors worked when you finished and you solved the problem. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us with new remotes, keypads, motors, etc. He made sure we could use the app and cameras. It is a nice garage door system I am pleased. Precision is the best repair service. When I called, I was greeted promptly and had no problem scheduling a service call for the next day. I had two springs replaced and everything was checked and lubed thoroughly. Darin was exceptional.

Gave them a five star because of the prompt and professional service.Daren was our technician and arrived on time. We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track. Very reasonable and will definitely use them again if needed.

We had to have our garage door repaired. The tech Daren was able to come out the day I called and he arrived at my house before the quoted time frame window. When first calling Precision Door, you will be treated in a polite and professional manner. Before the service technician shows up you will get advanced notice with a picture of the Tech. The service technician I had, Daren, was professional, knowledgeable and we discussed a couple different options, the pros and cons of each and the decision was completely mine with no pressure. I was give a time frame for the repairs and a set price. It doesn't get any better than that.
