Precision is a company you can count on. The technicans come when they say they will and are very courteous and helpful. Daren installed a new opener several years ago and did a fine job. He also came back recently to service my back up battery. In a time when true customer service is lacking Precision still cares about it's customers. I would highly reccomend them!

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details.
