Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. Daren replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. so that both doors are like new. Our first experience with Precision was terrific.

I needed a new garage door installed. I got 3 different companies to quote it. The first company was the one that originally installed the door and stated he wanted nothing to do with it and to call someone else. The second came out and got all the information needed for the project and I never heard from them after. I then called the company on TV. Precision came out and by the time the estimator left, I had my quotes and the dates for when they would perform the work. We had a complete new garage door installed. They took down the old and installed the new. Wrapped the exterior. Weeks before they installed the new door, I had them tune up another garage door on the property. From the first visit of the estimator to the 3 technicians performing the work, Precision is first class! The owner even drove out to the middle of nowhere to check on the job.
