Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. He provided me with the various pricing options for the repairs and was forthcoming with what he felt should be repaired and what could be repaired. The service was great. Blake was friendly and knowledgable. The 20-25 minutes it took him to fix the door and 20 minutes to get here put the entire job at about an hour. To charge $325 is borderline absurd. I have done business with Precision in the past including a new insulated door, but I will now look elsewhere before deciding on Precision in the future. Thanks.

I needed a new garage door installed. I got 3 different companies to quote it. The first company was the one that originally installed the door and stated he wanted nothing to do with it and to call someone else. The second came out and got all the information needed for the project and I never heard from them after. I then called the company on TV. Precision came out and by the time the estimator left, I had my quotes and the dates for when they would perform the work. We had a complete new garage door installed. They took down the old and installed the new. Wrapped the exterior. Weeks before they installed the new door, I had them tune up another garage door on the property. From the first visit of the estimator to the 3 technicians performing the work, Precision is first class! The owner even drove out to the middle of nowhere to check on the job. I recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.
