Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) I had a technician come to check the noise in my garage door when the door goes coming up & down. Nice guy: he oil & Lubed all hinges. but today (Saturday) I still have the same problem! To me is sounds like the panels are 'bumping' together, as the door goes up & down. I thought the total lube job would fix the problem, but no, it is in the panels. Please let me know what can be done. Phone #859-971-0461. Sorry to give only 1 star, but my garage door is not fixed.

He moved with purpose and efficiency, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly too. He fixed everything on my 2 old 9’ doors. Had one of our door openers break and could not get car out to go to work. Called several places and had no answers. Called Precision and person named Will answered. Very polite and helpful. Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use.
