Daren did a great job installing a new garage door opener, rails and rollers. The old opener did not work and rollers were generating a lot of friction for the opener. He explained everything very thoroughly before he started the job. Would definitely have Precision do any follow up work if/when needed.

I was amazed at the quick response (within minutes) to my online contact on a Saturday. A service call was scheduled for Monday AM. I was contacted by text and then phone when the tech was on his way. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and what other things I might want to do. We used Precision a few years ago to repair our damaged garage door. The great service then prompted us to call again with additional wear and tear damage. Daren Denton was wonderful to work with! Professional and extremely nice. He made repairs, but also took the time to quote and explain different options for a replacement since that will need to happen. Door is currently functioning properly, but we will definitely use Precision in the future. Highly recommend!

Daren was great to work with. Explained all the problems with the door, not the least of which is that it was installed in 2005 so it's pretty old. He's going to bring it up to standard, explained everything he will do and I welcome an updated system.

Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. As a long-time customer of Precision, I again called them last week when I had a problem with my garage door opener. Within half an hour of my call, Daren Denton and Christian (I believe that's his name) came and installed a new motor, new rollers, the correct size springs and more - and got my door working perfectly. Daren was very knowledgeable and within a reasonably short period of time they did a lot of work replacing and setting up my new opener. I had had a Precision technician out to check on my garage door some time ago and I don't recall what the problem was anymore but I know he didn't charge me and ended up oiling the rollers and making sure the door was working well. This time the door was tripping a gfr button and the technician advised me to get the door up-graded to standard, which meant installing a second roller, plus some other changes. He completed the work in a short time and the door is so much quieter and works well now.

Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.
