Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. After we agreed to the repairs and replacements, Daren went to work without delay from a well stocked service truck. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. I am very pleased with the repairs and replacements and the service. I will say without hesitation or reservation, "I will never use any other overhead repair or installation service ever again". I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.

All I can say is I will use them again when a need arises. The installer was courteous, kind and was extremely efficient. His name is Frank. He was honest and he answered every question I had. Their pricing is fair and most of all they do an excellent job. I have multiple homes and I have hired multiple installers but this folks are above par in quality of service. I would highly recommend them. So if you need your garage door fixed, please give them a call, you cannot beat their pricing model. And the owner Theresa was honest and gave me an upfront pricing to repair my door. I need the seal replaced. They did an excellent job. There are no squeaks since I replaced all of my rollers with a high quality set of rollers. Thanks to Frank my installer he recommended it to me. So folks what are you waiting for, if you have an issue call them!

When my garage door got out of alignment and wouldn’t open, I called the same people who installed a new garage door opener for me a couple of years ago-Precision Garage Doors. They sent Will who was friendly but very professional. He explained what problems he saw and gave me several options, along with recommendation. He did the job quickly and very well.
