Highly recommend. I have used another company for years, but they were closed on weekends and I needed my door repaired on Saturday since I could not put it down. Called Saturday morning and they were at my home Saturday afternoon and repaired my door. Andrew Scherfee, the technician, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also showed me how I could lubricate my door myself instead of paying someone to do it. He also was very thorough and went over everything he repaired on my door. I am going to switch from the company I have used for years, to Precision Door Service. Great service!

Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. After we agreed to the repairs and replacements, Daren went to work without delay from a well stocked service truck. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. I am very pleased with the repairs and replacements and the service. I will say without hesitation or reservation, "I will never use any other overhead repair or installation service ever again". PDS of Lexington gets my business and my solid recommendation.

I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.

Customer Service was World Class from the answering service who answered the call promptly and was very professional. to one of the owners Teresa who was exceptional in keeping me informed and very friendly. Then there was Will the technician, who was outstanding, absolutley a professional, took pride in his work and took his time to make sure everything was precise and exact. I had an old door removed and a new garage door and door opener installed and I would highly recommend this company for any garage door need.

We chose Precision because we walk in our neighborhood and met an employee working on another home. The employee was extremely nice and we immediately called for an estimate. They were at our home within 24 hrs. We were pleased with the estimate and ordered a new door. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. On time, follow up calls, and updates were excellent. We love the product. Exceptional quality. He even offered a discount for a new motor. We accepted that as well.

All I can say is I will use them again when a need arises. The installer was courteous, kind and was extremely efficient. His name is Frank. He was honest and he answered every question I had. Their pricing is fair and most of all they do an excellent job. I have multiple homes and I have hired multiple installers but this folks are above par in quality of service. I would highly recommend them. So if you need your garage door fixed, please give them a call, you cannot beat their pricing model. And the owner Theresa was honest and gave me an upfront pricing to repair my door. I need the seal replaced. They did an excellent job. There are no squeaks since I replaced all of my rollers with a high quality set of rollers. Thanks to Frank my installer he recommended it to me. So folks what are you waiting for, if you have an issue call them!

When my garage door got out of alignment and wouldn’t open, I called the same people who installed a new garage door opener for me a couple of years ago-Precision Garage Doors. They sent Will who was friendly but very professional. He explained what problems he saw and gave me several options, along with recommendation. He did the job quickly and very well.
