after reviewing my Bill for your service/parts I don't think I can recommend your company. WHY * Part prices were extremely higher than your web site prices for the part, especially since you offer conversion kits that addressed several key areas that required the parts. * The price for the 2 - torsion springs @$239 each is extremely higher than your web site price for the part * the nylon roller were 3 times and price according your web site. * I understand that labor may be included in the part price, but that's not clear per the invoice. * wasn't talk about the Service call fee when I schedule the service and I'm wondering why that fee wasn't removed with the additional work requested.

Roller Out of Track - Response was less than an hour. Service Technician, Ray Clem, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked beyond the immediate roller problem to make sure that all other components of door were still functioning properly. After reviewing his findings, he reviewed what needed to be done and quickly completed the repair. He manually cycled the garage door before restoring the opener hookup. Then verified the power operation was flawless. Precision installed this garage door in 2020. I was pleased then and I am pleased now.

I got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. I am happy with the speed and knowledge with which the work was done. I am pleased with the explanation afterwards of how everything works. My purchase was for new springs, keypad, door openers, another brace, and a new motor. When I bought the house last year, the garage door did not work well.

I had seen ads for the company on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Tuesday morning I tried to leave the house for a meeting only to realize I had a broken spring & was locked in. I called Precision & within 2 hours Andrew was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional & super nice! Andrew came back on Wednesday morning (on his day off) & installed a new garage door (my door was cracked in two locations) & springs. I was extremely pleased with the scheduling & service. Precision met all my needs in a quick manner. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for meeting my emergency!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night with my husbands truck stuck inside. I found precision garage door service online and called and an actual person answered at 9 PM on a Saturday night! She was very helpful and able to schedule our service for the next day (Sunday)! Our technician, Andrew, came out on time was very polite, professional and helpful. He repaired our door in less than an hour! We would highly recommend precision garage and will definitely be using them in the future!

I just searched the internet for garage door repair. I initially called Overhead Door in Lexington, but had to leave a message. I then called Precision and scheduled service. When the technician arrived I discovered that I had misunderstood the phone quote, but that was on me. I was satisfied with the repair, but not the cost which was $85 for the service call and $150 for the repair. As luck would have it, Overhead Door called me back the next day. I discovered their service fee for me would have been $55 and the repair would have been $110 per hour with a minimum one hour, which in my case was all that was needed, for a total of $165. In addition I was told that if I replaced the spring they would only replace it with a two spring system, and my door only has one. Overhead Door said if I wanted to stay with one spring that was an option which would save me a significant amount of money. I'm 70 years old, retired, divorced, single income, so every dollar counts. Have you ever made a purchase and discovered the very next day you could have saved a significant amount of money? You know that sick feeling!! If Precision reads this and wants to do the right thing they could reimburse me the $70 I feel I overpaid, otherwise buyer beware!!!!
