I lost my garage door opener so I called Precision as they had replaced my garage doors several years ago. I called on Friday and had an appointment on Tuesday. Justin Byers, the technician was very nice, profession, and efficient. This is a great company!!

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.

Great service--timely, just as promised. Our installer spent a long time custom fitting the garage rails to our 50 year old house. Very happy with my new garage doors!

We were thankful that our son-in-law had recently used Precision for a problem that they were having with a garage door. They were pleased with the service and so when we were putting in garage door openers, we contacted Precision. Their technician, Will, was prompt and so very friendly as he expertly did his job. We are absolutely 100% satisfied with the product, the service, and the price. Precision was professional and also personal in their dealings with us. He was very personal and professional, and I was amazed at how quickly and well he finished the job, and then so patient to set up our apt phone, and go over everything with us and answer all our questions.
