Blake came promptly after contacting me. This was an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Blake took his time going over the various styles/colors/hardware available. Certainly no fault of your company or Blakes but unfortunately it will be the first of the year before receiving the door. I do understand this is a common day occurrence every where!! I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, customer service, product quality, and professional demeanor of the Precision Door company.
