We needed a new garage door system-a complete overhaul. We had old doors that were cheap and looked terrible. My husband went online and we chose Precision because of all the very good reviews! From Isaac Smoot that came out to measure and give us an estimate to Kasey Jackson that came to install them today.. the customer service was amazing. The doors look wonderful and I am sure should we have any problems... Precision will be right there to help us resolve them.

On time arrival. Tech showed me the problem and explained needed repairs. Tech had all necessary parts and tools required on the truck. Job was finished in less time than I expected. They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !
