Justin got right to work, performed some preliminary checks and confirmed where the problem was. Due to the late time we all agreed he would be back tomorrow to install the new equipment. I would call precision again and be happy to have Justin as my agent.

My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. Daren replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. so that both doors are like new. Our first experience with Precision was terrific.

I choose Precision Door because of good reviews. My 23 yr old springs exploded, snaped my cables and disengaged my opener. I called at 5am, reached a live person and was able to get service by noon that day. The two associates were both professional and knowledgeable. The service guy explained my options, and we made a decision. Service was complete by days end and we love our new system. Thank you!!!! I gave 5 stars because of our experience with the Precision team was pleasant, however, they are a bit pricey. :)

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!). The scheduler couldn't have been nice and more empathic with my situation. She got me in with Dylan Davis, who couldn't have been professional, efficient, and kind. The garage door is now working gloriously! It's so quiet! I am very impressed and will be referring others to Precision moving forward!

I called Precision for service on our 32 year old opener. When it refused to work on 6/30/25, I investigated and found the sprocket had detached from the motor spindle. An appoint was set for the next morning. Justin Byers called me ahead of time to tell m he would be there. That was preceded by a text with his name and photo. It turned out that my opener was not repairable - not surprising for a 32 year old unit. He offered to sell me a new unit and went over the options he suggested. He had the unit on his truck and it was fully installed in 2 hours. I am very please. I cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and professionalism. The most important things to me in selecting Precision was reading the multiple reviews. I would certainly use them again.

Dylan was knowledgeable. He pointed out bearings that are worn out along with other parts and equipment. We had called for replacement of springs and bottom garage door seal. Now we have a complete new garage door system with a 10 year warranty. This system is unbelievably quiet. Dylan made sure we knew how to use everything before he left. Very nice young man.
