Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour. I tried another garage door repair company, but I had to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. If a company wants my business, they should adjust their schedule to fit mine. Precision had a wide range of available times and days to choose from. Their website also said if a day and time doesn't work for you call them and they would work with you. A repair person came out, gave me a few options to choose from, I chose one, and the repair person got to work. I was so relieved. Thank you.

On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.
