I wanted to take a minute to say what a great experience we had today with your company. We realized at 11:30 am our garage door would not raise. My wife called and Andrew was at our house by 2:30. He quickly identified the problem, explained what he needed to do, the parts needed, and the cost of the repair. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home and had the job completed very quickly. He had me test the door, went over everything he had done, and gave me some tips on things we could do to make our garage door last longer. No one wants to have an unexpected repair but it helps when you have a positive experience with the company. We have used them twice and would use them again and recommend them to anyone we know. Thank you Andrew for the excellent service.
