Both Blake (GM) and Dylan (technician), were so helpful! I called because a wild rabbit had gotten into our garage (unknowingly) and chewed through the sensor cables on one side of our garage, preventing our garage door from closing properly. Not only was the repair less expensive than other business’ quotes I had received, but Dylan also upgraded our sensors as well as performed annual maintenance while he was there. The response time of precision is great, friendly, and so helpful! I’m glad the garage door was installed by them in 2019 and repaired by them too!

Spring broke on a Sunday. Called on a Monday (which was a holiday) and still got a tech out on Tuesday for an estimate. Decided to go with a full rebuild since the door was installed almost 20 years ago, but also asked them to please review all the original install when they did it because it popped and cracked a lot when opening and took a lot of force to close. The rebuild was done on Wed but the opener wouldn’t close the door with the new springs installed so scheduled a new opener install for Thur. During that install Daren and Blake found two alignment issues with the original install that was causing the issues I mentioned, and resolved both of them at no additional cost to the estimate (even though they had to spend extra time and hardware on them, and correct someone else’s work). In reality my old 1/2hp opener may have lasted a little longer with the alignment issues resolved, but I had always looked forward to upgrading it to a 3/4hp opener once it failed anyway (since it’s such a big heavy insulated 16’ door). So considering they were able to find and resolved both issues I had concerns with (unrelated to the work they were scheduled for), all while being able to schedule back to back visits to get the job done quickly, I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention I received, their commitment to getting it done quickly and correctly, and with how smooth and quiet it opens and closes now.

Your company was my 4th call on a Friday afternoon about 4pm. First three had voicemail or robots. I actually spoke with a nice lady when I called you. Explained my problems and she surprised me by saying she could have a tech out the next morning…Saturday… between 8 & 10 am . Your tech called me around 7:30 saying he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was off by a minute or two earlier! He checked out my problems, offered multiple options. I made my choice, he got to work and completed the task, double checked his work and was out in about an hour. I would recommend your company to anyone that asks me about garage door service. I chose Precision Door Service after seeing the high reviews. Their website gave me the option to schedule on line with several dates & times available. What a game changer!! My appointment was confirmed immediately, with a reminder text the evening. Asking me to confirm. Justin Byers called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the unit I needed for replacement, but informed me they had been ordered and were awaiting confirmation. Once they arrive, I will be scheduled for service. He looked at my second door and agreed that the seals needed replacement. That will be done as well. I’m very happy with this service call. Justin explained everything as he trouble shot the problem. Called Precision and they sent a technician the next day to not only repair it, but lube the rails which made the door quieter.
