Ray was our technician. He is a delightful guy and he did a great job for us. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to resolve our issues and as a bonus he gave me some important tips about how to extend the life of our openers with periodic maintenance I can do myself. He also adjusted the tension on our spring to insure the door he repaired and the opener are in proper balance which will also extend the life of the opener. For all he did I also felt the price was very reasonable. He was on time and very efficient. I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.
