OK - nice job. Kudos. The admin side was professional and responsive in communicating with the customer and maintaining scheduling for the job (installing a sidewinder door opener). Response times were fast. Really fast. Additionally, Michael, who did the install, did a professional job and was skilled in his product knowledge.
