Your company was my 4th call on a Friday afternoon about 4pm. First three had voicemail or robots. I actually spoke with a nice lady when I called you. Explained my problems and she surprised me by saying she could have a tech out the next morning…Saturday… between 8 & 10 am . Your tech called me around 7:30 saying he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was off by a minute or two earlier! He checked out my problems, offered multiple options. I made my choice, he got to work and completed the task, double checked his work and was out in about an hour. I would recommend your company to anyone that asks me about garage door service. THANK YOU!

I chose Precision Door Service after seeing the high reviews. Their website gave me the option to schedule on line with several dates & times available. What a game changer!! My appointment was confirmed immediately, with a reminder text the evening. Asking me to confirm. Justin Byers called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the unit I needed for replacement, but informed me they had been ordered and were awaiting confirmation. Once they arrive, I will be scheduled for service. He looked at my second door and agreed that the seals needed replacement. That will be done as well. I’m very happy with this service call. Justin explained everything as he trouble shot the problem. I was given all the facts, shown the pricing on different units & was not pressured or oversold. I highly recommend Precision! As a homeowner, they will definitely continue to have my business.

I noticed about three feet of the rubber seal at the door base was partially disconnected. Called Precision and they sent a technician the next day to not only repair it, but lube the rails which made the door quieter. When the garage door came in we were notified and installation appt was set up. Patrick removed old door and replaced wood where needed. Was very thorough when installing garage door and accessories. Ray was our technician. He is a delightful guy and he did a great job for us. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to resolve our issues and as a bonus he gave me some important tips about how to extend the life of our openers with periodic maintenance I can do myself. He also adjusted the tension on our spring to insure the door he repaired and the opener are in proper balance which will also extend the life of the opener. For all he did I also felt the price was very reasonable. He was on time and very efficient. Next time I have problems with one of my garage doors I know who I’m calling…Precision Garage Door Service.
