We chose precision because we heard good things about you. Blake who came out to give estimate was very professional. He was very thorough when presenting your product. We ordered what we wanted. When the garage door came in we were notified and installation appt was set up. Patrick removed old door and replaced wood where needed. Was very thorough when installing garage door and accessories. Patrick was very professional and conscientious after doing the finishing touches on garage door install. Highly recommended by me. Thank you. Garage door looks great!

Ray was our technician. He is a delightful guy and he did a great job for us. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to resolve our issues and as a bonus he gave me some important tips about how to extend the life of our openers with periodic maintenance I can do myself. He also adjusted the tension on our spring to insure the door he repaired and the opener are in proper balance which will also extend the life of the opener. For all he did I also felt the price was very reasonable. He was on time and very efficient. Next time I have problems with one of my garage doors I know who I’m calling…Precision Garage Door Service.

Our family had amazing service from Daren Denton and Shawn. Very thorough with information and what was the best avenue for our needs. Once the job was completed they took great care to make sure and go over everything with us to make sure we were familiar with the new equipment. Love the fact that it is so dark quiet! I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.

What an amazing experience! Blake was super helpful in coming out to assess my garage door and explain options. Justin was equally as impressive - he showed up on time, got right to work and did a fabulous job installing my new garage door motor/rails. Met with Blake Angel today with regards to repair or replacement of our current garage door. Precision does not carry the type of door, which was explained. We decided to replace the door.
