Mr Healy has been to our home before to repair our garage door. We have had that door for some years so it has a mind if it’s own from time to time ????. He is friendly courteous and does a good job repairing our door. Getting a military discount also is a plus. Thank you. Mr Healy believes we may get 1-2 years more out of this door. These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. A co-worker recommend Precision. Old door spring broke and car was trapped in the garage. Called Precision at 2pm and repairs, including some upgrades such as center reinforcement, new pulleys and nylon rollers, complete by 7pm same day - Sunday! Daren Denton was friendly and identified an issue with my door that he was able to easily correct that saved me a potential future panel replacement. I will be calling Precision soon for an upgrade on my second door’s hardware as well as belt drive door openers.

Jacob was the technician who responded to my service call for inop garage door opener. He gave me a thorough run down of my options. I decided to go with a new garage door opener. A smart decision.
