I selected Precision Door for garage door opener service because I felt their website demonstrated transparency about who they were and what they did, and also showed pride in the team by showing us photos of all the technicians and telling us about each. The composition of the website, with detailed information, shows they take pride in their business. I also liked the fact that they expressed willingness to repair instead of just trying to sell a new opener. Our technician was Justin, and he was great. Showed up on time, looked professional, explained all the options including pros, cons, and cost of each, and did not balk when I chose a less expensive option of making repairs with a new part. He clearly has done this many times, was very efficient, was willing to let me watch and ask questions, which he answered, and was totally nice and professional all around. The opener works great, he adjusted it better than it was before, and even lubricated the door. I felt the price was very good, and I am very pleased. I would call them again if needed.

Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.

We have had to call Precision Door Service twice in the past couple years for our 20+ year old door and each time they responded immediately. Their technicians are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Justin was here today and went well beyond his means to educate us on the basic mechanics of the door and when he learned that I hadn’t yet set up my phone to use remotely, he did it for me. I can now monitor my door when I am away! The last thing I’d like to commend them for is not pushing you to replace “something that isn’t broken”. That is a quality in a company that is greatly appreciated by us.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

I chose Precision because I have used them before and they have always been friendly, professional, courteous and the cost has been very reasonable. Again, I am able to say all those qualities were evident as their technician (Justin) arrived, on time with plenty of advance notice. The installers were professional and efficient. The installers cleaned up after installation and hauled away the old door and parts. Everything was completed timely and to my satisfaction.

Precision Door (PC) has installed two garage doors at our home and are always efficient, courteous, professional, and willing to solve issues if they arise. Recently there was a problem getting panels delivered to their warehouse from the supplier. Due to the inconvenience, we were given a nice discount, which was appreciated. If you need a garage upgrade, these are your people. They handled my full install (door, opener, and hardware) and it couldn’t have gone smoother. My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly.
