Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!

My door was old and would not open when I used the remote. Precision showed up the same day I called in and completed the work. The technician was personable and knew what he was doing. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

after reviewing my Bill for your service/parts I don't think I can recommend your company. WHY * Part prices were extremely higher than your web site prices for the part, especially since you offer conversion kits that addressed several key areas that required the parts. * The price for the 2 - torsion springs @$239 each is extremely higher than your web site price for the part * the nylon roller were 3 times and price according your web site. * I understand that labor may be included in the part price, but that's not clear per the invoice. * wasn't talk about the Service call fee when I schedule the service and I'm wondering why that fee wasn't removed with the additional work requested.

Darren, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He explained why my opener was no longer working as it should. He did not pressure me but explained why the best option would be to replace the 14 year old opener. He completed the service efficiently (less than 2 hours), made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated all of the pieces. This is the third time we have used his services and been pleased every time. He even helped us out by going to a house that we were trying to sell that was far out of service district. I highly recommend this service and this technician.

This is by far the best (most professional and personable) garage door company, and any company for that matter, with which I have done business. There respond to my problem was dealt with at 8:00 AM the day after I called. The young man who served my door and opener(Christian) was truly outstanding. Precision installed a new garage door and all the works for us many years ago. A coil broke and I called their 24 hour number on Sunday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning. The technician Dylan was wonderful. He replaced some other parts that showed wear and had us up and running in no time.
