I called Precision Garage doors this morning and they sent Dylan Davis who was courteous, knowledgable and professional out to my residence this afternoon. Dylan gave me the option of repairing the garage door or replacement. He thoroughly explained what he would do to repair the door if it could be repaired at minimal cost, and fortunately he was able to do that. Dylan did a magnificent job in a timely manor and I came away a happy first-time customer who will definitely call Precision Garage Doors again when the need arises.

the remote works 90% of the time. My first guess was the battery in the remote. the technician made no attempt to open the remote and try a new battery. I find it not credible that the big van he came in would not have batteries. Instead the technician suggested I replace the mother board and another component in the motor for hundreds of dollars. more importantly the door functioned perfectly using the pad on the wall. So if the mother board and other components were going bad, why did the door operate perfectly using the pad on the wall?
