Isaac Smoot, our technician, called while en-route to notify me of his arrival time. We backed into our garage door and damaged the bottom panel.....Isaac clearly explained repair options, as well as the cost of a new door. Our system is 15 years old, originally installed by Precision, but approaching the end of its life cycle. We are determining how to proceed, and leaning toward a new door, opener, etc. Isaac was able to show us pictures of how the new door (windows, different colors, hardware, etc) would look. We would recommend Precision. Thank you.

Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

Daren and his assistant stopped by after hours, about 6p and analyzed my garage door problems. Gave me a choice of two options to correct the issues. Luckily they were equipped with all needed parts and materials on their truck. Explained everything in detail and were finished in about 45 minutes.

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.
