Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.

I did notice after he completed the repair and I closed the door that the very last cycle seems like the arm that attaches to the track was very upright and seems like the last couple of inches forced a surge of down force.
