Quick response! I was able to reach someone at 5:45 pm when we could not open the garage door manually. So we could not get our cars out. The technician, Justin, was here first thing the next morning. He was a knowledgeable professional. He found the issues immediately. We discussed the repairs and the cost but ultimately decided to go with a new garage door. He fixed the door so we can use it while waiting on the new one. The whole experience was positive.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

I chose Precision because I have used them before and they have always been friendly, professional, courteous and the cost has been very reasonable. Again, I am able to say all those qualities were evident as their technician (Justin) arrived, on time with plenty of advance notice. Justin diagnosed the problem, took care of it efficiently and even took the time to show me how to fix any similar issues myself (without needing to call). Daren and his assistant stopped by after hours, about 6p and analyzed my garage door problems. Gave me a choice of two options to correct the issues. Luckily they were equipped with all needed parts and materials on their truck. Explained everything in detail and were finished in about 45 minutes.

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!
