They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable. We will have them back for more maintenance on our door.

My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. I choose Precision Door because of good reviews. My 23 yr old springs exploded, snaped my cables and disengaged my opener. I called at 5am, reached a live person and was able to get service by noon that day. The two associates were both professional and knowledgeable. The service guy explained my options, and we made a decision. Service was complete by days end and we love our new system. Thank you!!!! I gave 5 stars because of our experience with the Precision team was pleasant, however, they are a bit pricey. :)

they were great from start to finish. I was surprised how reasonable the cost of a new door was including installation. They were prompt and friendly from the estimate to ordering to delivery and installation. Ray did a great job installing the new door and the new opener (which I had purchased prior but had not installed it yet). They did this for a very reasonable additional amount. Excellent experience from start to finish - got an appointment with very little waiting time, received text messages along the way to confirm appt and an alert was sent when the technician was on his way. Our tech Dylan was superb: he called to confirm his ETA, explained things very well once on-site, was friendly, courteous, and informed me of the costs for repair and maintenance ahead of time once he saw the garage doors. Dylan's skills were amazing in terms of efficiency and making it look easy (which, to the layperson, it was not) and he cleaned everything up before he left. We were completely satisfied with the repairs and maintenance performed and very pleased with the overall experience with Precision and with Dylan. This was our first time working with Precision and will definitely rely on them for future needs. Now in retrospect it's easy to see why there were so many very positive reviews and here I am, adding one more to the list.
