Daren and his assistant stopped by after hours, about 6p and analyzed my garage door problems. Gave me a choice of two options to correct the issues. Luckily they were equipped with all needed parts and materials on their truck. Explained everything in detail and were finished in about 45 minutes.

Great service and timely, same-day response to my call when I was no longer able to move the garage door. The whole spring system was replaced in short order. Professional service provided throughout this service and next day garage door trim replacement. Highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

If you need a garage upgrade, these are your people. They handled my full install (door, opener, and hardware) and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Our tech, Casey, was a total pro—fast, nice, and dropped some serious knowledge. I'm definitely leaving the heavy lifting to the experts, but I feel like a garage door pro now. My neighbors are going to be jealous of this setup!

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

We had an outstanding service call from Dylan with Precision Garage Door. Next day service, very professional and friendly. Details of work that needed to be done and costs involved explained thoroughly. Really like that they give you a choice of three levels of service. Work performed in a speedy manner. Would definitely use Precision again.

Couldn't be happier with this company and Dylan who was our installer. He installed our new opener late on a Sat. evening which is unhead of. Came back today almost one year from the insatll date to clear a simple cob web issue which was causing the door to go back to the open position. He explained what most likely caused to door to re-open after closing. Very prompt and professional! I highly recommend this company and their installer Dylan!

New doors arrived and were promptly installed well within the range of estimated times. Installation went very smoothly, and our initial opinion of the product is very favorable. The only minor issue is that the post-installation clean-up was lacking.

Darren, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He explained why my opener was no longer working as it should. He did not pressure me but explained why the best option would be to replace the 14 year old opener. He completed the service efficiently (less than 2 hours), made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated all of the pieces. This is the third time we have used his services and been pleased every time. He even helped us out by going to a house that we were trying to sell that was far out of service district. I highly recommend this service and this technician.

This is by far the best (most professional and personable) garage door company, and any company for that matter, with which I have done business. There respond to my problem was dealt with at 8:00 AM the day after I called. The young man who served my door and opener(Christian) was truly outstanding. Anyone needing help with garage door issues needs to call Precision Garage Doors!
