As a long-time customer of Precision, I again called them last week when I had a problem with my garage door opener. Within half an hour of my call, Daren Denton and Christian (I believe that's his name) came and installed a new motor, new rollers, the correct size springs and more - and got my door working perfectly. Hello I selected Precision Door Service for my garage door needs based on other exemplary reviews and the fact they are a locally owned company. The technician arrived and presented me with multiple options from some minor service repairs to a major overhaul and even a replacement option. There were no pressure tactics and the technician was happy to take whatever option I choose. We are choosing replacement as we were strongly considering replacing it anyway due to approximate 90% on average ROI. They even already have use scheduled for next week.
