Garage door would not open. Within 90 minutes of my call for service, a Precision technician was at my door. Within 3-5 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, explained what caused it, and what he would do to repair, and presented a written electronic estimate. Within another 45 minutes he had installed new springs and related hardware adjustments, and now the door opened and closed properly. Fabulous service! Highly recommend.

Dylan was excellent in every way! He explained the entire process of the garage door repair and gave me 3 options to choose from. I decided to choose the most extensive option for a price of $999 since, replaces everything that wears out on a garage door plus has a 5 year warranty on all replacement parts and labor. I called Precision Garage doors this morning and they sent Dylan Davis who was courteous, knowledgable and professional out to my residence this afternoon. Dylan gave me the option of repairing the garage door or replacement. He thoroughly explained what he would do to repair the door if it could be repaired at minimal cost, and fortunately he was able to do that. the remote works 90% of the time. My first guess was the battery in the remote. the technician made no attempt to open the remote and try a new battery. I find it not credible that the big van he came in would not have batteries. Instead the technician suggested I replace the mother board and another component in the motor for hundreds of dollars. more importantly the door functioned perfectly using the pad on the wall. So if the mother board and other components were going bad, why did the door operate perfectly using the pad on the wall?
