An actual person answered my call. Then, I received confirmation of the appointment by text. Next, I received a text introducing Justin Byers, the technician and reconfirming the appointment. Justin was on-time, found the problems, explained them well, and explained the needed repair work (which was guaranteed for 10 years). The door works like new, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks! I like that they have been in business over 25 years. The technician was timely and thorough. We used them a couple of years ago for a repair and were quite satisfied.

Would recommend Percision Garage Door. Our rep was Christian, nice young man. He replaced one of our garage door openers along with a new spring and wheel bearings. Very polite, explained options to us, kept us informed throughout the process. Then demonstrated once complete.

Our garage door was off track due to a broken cable. I called Precision as my anxiety of the thought of our door being open all night was more than I could take. They have done work for us before and they were my first call. The tech Christian was prompt and got our door repaired easing my worries. They are the best. The GM Blake directed me to the call center for speedy service. I'm grateful for Precision and I recommend them highly. Thank you. Thank you.

Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. He provided me with the various pricing options for the repairs and was forthcoming with what he felt should be repaired and what could be repaired. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I have no complaints. Would certainly recommend Precision if you need any garage door work addressed.

The service was great. Blake was friendly and knowledgable. The 20-25 minutes it took him to fix the door and 20 minutes to get here put the entire job at about an hour. To charge $325 is borderline absurd. I have done business with Precision in the past including a new insulated door, but I will now look elsewhere before deciding on Precision in the future. Thanks.
