Recently had to have our garage door repaired because the spring had broken and Precision did an excellent job. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explain what the various issues were and his recommendations for how to repair them. He provided me with the various pricing options for the repairs and was forthcoming with what he felt should be repaired and what could be repaired. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I have no complaints. Would certainly recommend Precision if you need any garage door work addressed.

The service was great. Blake was friendly and knowledgable. The 20-25 minutes it took him to fix the door and 20 minutes to get here put the entire job at about an hour. To charge $325 is borderline absurd. I have done business with Precision in the past including a new insulated door, but I will now look elsewhere before deciding on Precision in the future. Thanks.

This is the most professional and efficient repair company that I've ever experienced. Andrew was informed and pleasant with my initial call and scheduled a repair the same day. It seemed like a two man job but he installed my system in about two hours with a genuine smile. I'm hard to impress and rarely leave reviews. Precision Door is consistently and unquestionably the best vendor experience I have had for any type of home repair. Every time I have had an issue with any of my 3 garage door openers, they have showed up either same day (or next day), even on weekends and resolved the issue. There have been times when there was a repeat issue and they did not charge me for the service call. They have always been very fair, dependable, professional and gone above and beyond to resolve the issue completely. I could not more highly recommend their company.

Service was terrific; Cammie set up the same-day appointment for about 4 hours after my call. Justin was on time and did a really good job repairing the broken springs. Very pleasant but also knew the technical part and explained everything clearly to me. He also gave me a few tips on proper maintenance going forward. We couldn't have been more pleased.
