Tuesday morning I tried to leave the house for a meeting only to realize I had a broken spring & was locked in. I called Precision & within 2 hours Andrew was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional & super nice! Andrew came back on Wednesday morning (on his day off) & installed a new garage door (my door was cracked in two locations) & springs. Our garage door broke on a Saturday night with my husbands truck stuck inside. I found precision garage door service online and called and an actual person answered at 9 PM on a Saturday night! She was very helpful and able to schedule our service for the next day (Sunday)! Our technician, Andrew, came out on time was very polite, professional and helpful. He repaired our door in less than an hour! We would highly recommend precision garage and will definitely be using them in the future!

Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty.
