Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. They came out within hours of our call. Andrew was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem and needed repair before starting. We had planned to replace our old keypad and garage door seals in the near future and he was happy to take care of those additional items same day. I never write reviews for products or companies, but we were so pleased with the prompt and professional service received I wanted to share our positive experience with others.

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions.
