I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with a job well done at a very good price.

Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. After a call early Monday morning, the technician arrived, the springs were replaced, and the garage door was working again less than two hours later! I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.

Excellent service. Called Saturday morning, showed up before noon. Had broken torsion spring. Replaced both and tensioned door correctly. Explained what had to be done before starting. Also pointed out that rollers were wearing out and what could happen if not fixed. Gladly had him do that also.
