I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.

Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you. I am going to use his services at the fire department for our bay doors. Very professional and I enjoyed just general conversation with him.

I had a phone conversation with a gentleman before the repairman came out, I specifically said I had 1 spring broken on my door, he gave me a price for the spring. I repeated the price of the spring plus the price of the service call to him and he said yes that’s correct. They come out here and the guy says we have to replace both springs it’s company policy. I said I tried to avoid something like this with a simple call first, so I sent him away. Very poor communication with me, and I really felt deceived and was tried to be taken advantage of. The repairman was very nice and apologized for the mistake of the representative on the phone and said he should have informed me of the policy.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a new garage door or opener.They did everything they said they would do when I asked them to come out for the estimate. The installer was very professional( Will Kidwell) and the workmanship was outstanding. Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.

While reading reviews from garage door service providers for my region I was pretty confident that Precision would be the ideal company for ke to do business with, and I wasn't disappointed. The technician came on scheduled time, after the courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Presented himself in a professional way and was very skilled on performing the task at hand.
