Daren was our technician and he was awesome. When my garage door wouldn’t open first thing in the morning I called and they were able to get it fixed same day! Daren called to give me his status before coming and when he arrived gave us options for repair and replacement. We are very pleased with Precision.

Y’all were recommended by a neighbor as being quick, clean and professional. But I can add that Andrew was a great communicator, and a good teacher. Not only did he show me the problem, but he also showed me how he repaired it, and then showed me how to do simple maintenance on the door. He was great! None better!

Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. They came out within hours of our call. Andrew was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem and needed repair before starting. We had planned to replace our old keypad and garage door seals in the near future and he was happy to take care of those additional items same day. I never write reviews for products or companies, but we were so pleased with the prompt and professional service received I wanted to share our positive experience with others.

The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.

Why is it things break on the weekend, especially a Sunday morning trying to get to church. Whatever the reason we were pleasantly surprised that someone was actually in the office, took our call and we had a technician at our house in about an hour. Casey was very professional, very nice and explained all that needed to be done. We really appreciate the service we received, from the office to the technician, especially on a Sunday.

Great service. Called on a Sunday evening, unexpectedly was connected with a live agent who was able to schedule a repair appointment for Monday morning. Great communication. Repairman let us know when he would arrive. Repair completed in a timely manner. Very pleased that Precision Door stood behind the product they had installed for us just over a year ago.

I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.

Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you. I am going to use his services at the fire department for our bay doors. Very professional and I enjoyed just general conversation with him.

I had a phone conversation with a gentleman before the repairman came out, I specifically said I had 1 spring broken on my door, he gave me a price for the spring. I repeated the price of the spring plus the price of the service call to him and he said yes that’s correct. They come out here and the guy says we have to replace both springs it’s company policy. I said I tried to avoid something like this with a simple call first, so I sent him away. Very poor communication with me, and I really felt deceived and was tried to be taken advantage of. The repairman was very nice and apologized for the mistake of the representative on the phone and said he should have informed me of the policy.

Our technician Daren was great, came out to assess our door that had come part and fallen. Gave us honest advice on which new products would fit our needs. He put in the order while on site. He helped secure our current door, so our safety wouldn’t be in jeopardy until the new door could be installed.
