When we moved into our townhouse in Palomar Hills we noticed a little medal plate attached to the garage wall. Never had to refer to it until recently, twenty five year later when our garage door needed repair. I immediately thought about that little plate on the wall. Called the number. Was treated kindly and helpfully. Couldn’t have been nicer. The kind voice said “Sure I can send someone tomorrow.” That someone, a lovely young man was at my door at the appointed time. Went straight to work and the garage door was good as new in two hours. Amazing! It is Mimi’s a quiet garage door that works perfectly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for state of the art service. In fact I passed along their information to a friend today. Thank you, Precision Doors for handing out generous helpings of peace of mind to your customers.

I have used Precision for 15 years, never had an issue. They have gone the extra mile in maintenance and repair instead of giving me a hard sale on the newest gadgets. Thanks again!! R. Wilburn

Precision is a company you can count on. The technicans come when they say they will and are very courteous and helpful. Daren installed a new opener several years ago and did a fine job. He also came back recently to service my back up battery. In a time when true customer service is lacking Precision still cares about it's customers. I would highly reccomend them!

Last year I had installed my garage door with precision because I saw the great work that they did on my neighbors door, but the person that had installed my garage door didn't work as a professional and it discouraged me. After a while it started having problems and I called them again. The technician that they sent me this time worked really well and he worked like he knew what he was doing, which I really appreciated! Whoever has the chance to have Justin as a technician won't regret it! Precision is a great service and I would highly recommend.

Justin sized my older garage door as it was inconsistent as to opening and closing. He said the door still was still OK but just needed an opener. Very pleasant young man and a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend he and the company.
