I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. Still I reached their customer service. Customer service response is really good. I called one time and they scheduled and sent technician quickly. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision.

After a call early Monday morning, the technician arrived, the springs were replaced, and the garage door was working again less than two hours later! Excellent service. Called Saturday morning, showed up before noon. Had broken torsion spring. Replaced both and tensioned door correctly. Explained what had to be done before starting. Also pointed out that rollers were wearing out and what could happen if not fixed. Gladly had him do that also.
