Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding!
