I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. I asked them to replace the opener and they completed the work in one day. It was not an easy job with such an old setup but the installer was excellent and never stopped until the job was completed. Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly.
