Contacted Precision when my old door failed. Isaac responded and came out the next day to give me a quote for a replacement door. Discussed options and a quote was delivered on the spot and a new door ordered. Once the door arrived, it was installed the next day. The installer (Andrew) did a great job! Highly recommend.

I had a dead motor on the existing door at my house. I contacted Precision and Christian was dispatched to my house. We discussed a few options and decided to replace the motor on the door. It was completed within hours and Christian was extremely professional and courteous!

As a long-time customer of Precision, I again called them last week when I had a problem with my garage door opener. Within half an hour of my call, Daren Denton and Christian (I believe that's his name) came and installed a new motor, new rollers, the correct size springs and more - and got my door working perfectly. Daren was very knowledgeable and within a reasonably short period of time they did a lot of work replacing and setting up my new opener. I very much appreciated their prompt response to my call and I will continue to rely on Precision for any future needs. I was totally satisfied with their pleasant and efficient visit.

Have done business with Precision in the past and was pleased with the quality of work. Was a little disappointed that the Technician did not notice the need to install and electrical outlet until after he had begun working. This caused a reconsideration and change of plans. Isaac was our service provider, and he did a great job. Called before the scheduled appointment and got to my house early. He explained the issue and offered three levels of pricing to address our repair. We chose the long-term repair and feel that we got the best deal for our money. Two years ago I had Precision replace the two-car garage door opener at my house with a new, belt-driven, top-of-the-line system with camera, wifi connectivity and all the bells and whistles. Everything included, I paid around $700, which I found very reasonable. When the tenant at my rental property called the other day to tell me that her one-car garage door was not working, it was a no-brainer. I called Precision and scheduled a technician to go take a look. After a few minutes, the tech gave me three options: replacing the system for $1,300, replacing some parts for $1,200, or installing a conversion kit for $624. I understand that prices today are not the prices of two years ago but I have the distinct feeling that I overpaid. The entire job took less than 45 minutes.

I had a gentleman show up about a year ago to give me an estimate which he did and I thought it was a fair estimate and he said that they would order the parts that they needed and it would be a couple weeks and someone would be back in contact and someone would be out to fix it To date I have not heard back from anyone and I’ve called twice to check and they knew nothing about it so my garage door still hasn’t been fixed so I feel not a very reliable company!
